Terms of Service

1. The service

Longneckhorse provides ecommerce reporting, third-party integration management, AI-assisted image and video creation, and related workspace tools, operated by GIRAFFE OÜ (registry code 14932090, Liivalaia tn 28, 10118 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia), through longneckhorse.io and dash.longneckhorse.io.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, if using Longneckhorse for an organization, have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Connected services and permissions

You may connect services such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Ads. You represent that you are authorized to connect each account, store, property, Business Portfolio, ad account, Page, Instagram account or Dataset and permit Longneckhorse to process its data.

Longneckhorse requests limited permissions needed for the feature you select, including read-only access where stated and Meta permissions needed to read advertising performance and create campaign, ad set, creative and ad drafts. You can disconnect an integration at any time. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may change or discontinue APIs, permissions or availability.

Meta advertising objects created through Longneckhorse are submitted as paused drafts. You are responsible for reviewing targeting, budget, destination, creative, policy compliance and tracking before activating or publishing any campaign in Meta.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of data and content you provide or authorize Longneckhorse to access. You grant Longneckhorse a limited right to host, process, transmit and display that data only as needed to operate, secure and support the service.

You are responsible for having all rights, notices and lawful bases required for data originating from your store, customers, advertising accounts or analytics properties. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads and your use of generated output. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other content or unsuitable for a particular commercial purpose. You must review output before publishing and ensure it does not infringe rights, mislead customers or violate advertising, platform or consumer-protection rules.

Subject to applicable provider terms and law, Longneckhorse does not claim ownership of your eligible generated output. No guarantee is made that output is unique or capable of intellectual-property protection.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Longneckhorse to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or create deceptive or harmful content;
• access a store, analytics property or account without authorization;
• upload malware, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service;
• bypass usage limits, security controls or payment requirements;
• resell access or allow unrelated third parties to use your account unless a written plan permits it.

7. Plans, credits and payments

Features may be subject to plan limits or generation credits. Prices, billing periods and included usage are shown before purchase. Refunds are described in section 8. We may suspend paid features for overdue payments. Additional billing terms presented at purchase form part of these Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel in Manage billing. Purchased credits expire 12 months after your latest purchase.

Monthly plan credits: on Free and Creator, unused monthly credits expire at the end of each monthly period. On Pro, unused monthly credits carry over for one more month and then expire. On Enterprise, unused monthly credits do not expire while the subscription is active. When a subscription ends, or you move to a plan with fewer monthly credits, you keep at most that plan's monthly credits; credits above it are removed. Purchased credits are not affected.

"Unlimited" websites, ad accounts and social accounts are offered for normal business use by your own team. We may contact you, or set a reasonable limit, if use is automated, resold or puts the service or connected platforms at risk.

8. Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of paying for it, without giving a reason. This applies to each credit pack and to the first payment of a paid plan. To withdraw, email support@longneckhorse.io from your account email within those 14 days and say which purchase you are withdrawing from. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.

When you buy, you ask us to give you access right away and confirm that credits you use are not refundable. If you withdraw, we refund the part of the payment that matches the unused credits from that purchase: amount paid × unused credits ÷ credits the purchase gave. For example, if you paid €45 for 5,000 credits and used 1,000 of them, you get €36 back. For a yearly plan, the credits of the whole year count.

A refunded plan ends at once and your account moves to the Free plan. Refunded credits are removed from your balance. We pay the refund within 14 days of receiving your request, to the payment method you used.

After those 14 days, and for plan renewals, payments are not refundable. You can cancel a plan at any time in Manage billing, and it stays active until the end of the paid period. This does not limit your statutory rights if the service is faulty.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party API changes and provider outages may affect features. We may modify or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice where a material change negatively affects an active paid plan.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or harm to Longneckhorse or others. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

11. Intellectual property

Longneckhorse and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, brand, interface and documentation, excluding your data and eligible generated output. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Longneckhorse does not warrant particular sales, advertising, analytics or business results. Dashboard information depends on connected platforms and their data quality and should not be treated as accounting, legal or professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longneckhorse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or business interruption. Longneckhorse’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

If you use the service for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify Longneckhorse against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful content, unauthorized connections, breach of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Estonia have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
